I guess you see the errors of your wars ;p. Enfeeble ftw.
Simply because of it's 1/4 cast, it's extremely strong versus a spike compared to Enfeebling Blood.

10 sec recharge anyone?
It's a skill that can be used offensively and defensivly.
Shutting down caster damage, melee, monks are mostly useless with this around...

All attributes at 0 makes the biggest difference.

i cant disagree with the versatility of WoD,but the duration is just pure rubbish.3 secs @12 soul reaping leaves a bit of a gamble,

and the 20sec atrophy recharge for twice the WoD duration personally isnt a problem to me

All attributes > Primary by far, 10 recharge and 3 sec duration is serious /epicwin.

3 seconds is all you need to shut-down the monk and kill the target or slow the spike long enough for the monk to chuck some prot onto a target. An Atrophy won't do squat against most warriors or monks

Foul Feast, 5 energy, 2 recharge, 1/4 or so cast: Get x conditions, get x * 39 Health and x * 3 energy.

+

Plague Sending, 1 Energy, 10 sac, 1 cast, 5 recharge or so:
Send all the conditions to foe+adjacent foes.

I wonder if Plague Sending due to the 1 energy cost is now not much superior to Plague Touch.

Sure, 10% life sac. The only drawback. But it is ranged and costs no (1) energy. This is great for Warriors or Rangers.
